PLEASE NOTE: A reasonable level of fitness is required for all walks, i.e. an ability to walk at a steady rate of 2-3 miles per hour, depending upon the terrain. On walks, do keep behind the leader unless otherwise directed by him / her and keep in view of other walkers, especially at the back of the party. Please, also, leave public / farm roads and car parks, etc. free from mud. DO NOT consume your own drinks in Pub or Pub gardens. Sorry – but no dogs on rambles please.
