Meet at Central Park Swimming Pool car park, Harold Hill (Bus nos. 256, 294 and 174). Circular walk via Central Park, Dagnam Park, Duck Wood, Noak Hill church yard,London Loop, Paternoster Row, Paines and Carters Brook. Toilets and refreshments at beginning and end of walk.
